Crystalline, vibrant in its aroma, it shows a lot of white fruit and a very present citrus side. The barrel is very well integrated giving some complexity to the mineral aspect. Fresh in the mouth, with great balance and complexity, with stone fruit aromas and refreshing acidity. Long finish, slightly salty, that gives it a very good gastronomic component.
