Ljubomir Stanisic doesn’t eat to live, he lives to eat. He is a cook, a chef, but much more than that… He is an eternal seeker. A sniffer. People say that whoever seeks always finds. And what Ljubo has been looking for his whole life, he has found. Does fortune favours the bold?… Maybe. It certainly took audacity (and a few other things) to leave Yugoslavia at the age of 19, to say goodbye to family and friends and head out into the unknown, alone.
