DELIVERY

12.1. Orders will only be sent after confirmation of stock and payment in the case of payments through the website.

The delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the user.

Home delivery cannot be made in PO boxes.

Ljubomir Stanisic Online Store is committed to delivering the items ordered as soon as possible.

All orders made through Ljubomir Stanisic Online Store must be examined by the customer upon delivery. If any irregularity or damage is detected in the product, the customer must return it.

Ljubomir Stanisic Online Store does not take responsibility for packages sent to the countries that do not allow entry of alcoholic beverages. It is about the costumer’s full responsibility if the package is apprehended by customs – as well as the payment of the customs fees, if applied. In the case of a returned package, Ljubomir Stanisic Online Store will refund only the cost of the purchased items within the package. For further information prior shipping, please contact our office beforehand.

RETURNS

Ljubomir Stanisic Online Store allows products to be returned within 14 days of purchase under the terms of Decree-Law no. 24/2014. The costs associated with their delivery, namely the home delivery service fee, will not be reimbursed. Upon return, the product must remain intact (including packaging that accompanies the product, labels and back-labels); otherwise the refund is void. LAW

All purchases made on Ljubomir Stanisic Online Store are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of the interpretation of the General Conditions for Online Purchases will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Tribunal.
